Syntax check vs. run-time check

The error codes listed in the table below are mainly related to syntax check which can be executed immediately in the PTV Drive&Arrive interface.

Otherwise there are run-time checks not listed in the table below which should be treated in another way, tour POST is an asynchronous method (fire and forget). Information can only be returned in other method calls, e.g.:

• a separate call status GET (not yet existing)
• subscription POST returns ETAInfo or ETAException
• journal should contain information about an invalid tour

 

An invalid tour can only be changed via the method tour UPDATE at a later time.
